There are seasons when life becomes disorienting—relationships shift, careers stall, grief surfaces, identity evolves, or long-standing patterns no longer serve you. In those moments, therapy can provide a structured, confidential space to examine what is happening and move forward with clarity and intention. My goal is to create an environment that is warm, clinically grounded, and occasionally light enough to breathe in—because sometimes growth happens right after we exhale (or laugh).
My focus includes life transitions, career exploration, stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, health changes, and identity development. I especially enjoy working with people to navigate crossroads or wrestling with the gap between who they are and who they feel expected to be.
Growth is rarely linear, and detours often become the most interesting stories. Wherever you are in your journey, we will begin there. We’ll clarify your goals, identify obstacles, and perhaps laugh once or twice along the way.
